Senior Technical Writer (M/F) - CDI
Since 2014, Wiremind has positioned itself as a tech company transforming the world of transport and events with a 360° approach combining UX, software, and AI.
Our expertise lies primarily in optimizing and distributing our clients' capacity. We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing, 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.
Dynamic and ambitious, we strive to maintain our technical DNA which is the engine of our success. The company, profitable and self-financed since its creation 10 years ago, is mainly composed of engineers and experts and currently supports the growth of our business model based on "software-as-a-service" solutions.
Wiremind builds CAYZN, a Revenue Management System (RMS) for the passenger transportation industry (airlines, rail, bus).
CAYZN helps Revenue Management and Commercial teams monitor performance, manage demand, and optimize pricing, leveraging advanced optimization features and AI-driven recommendations.
Your Missions 🚀
As Wiremind scales to meet enterprise customer needs, we want to improve our documentation so it stays clear, consistent, and easy to navigate. It should be truly useful day to day and designed for self-service, reducing reliance on Customer Success.

Make complex topics understandable (logic, parameters, outcomes)
Produce explainable content to support trust and adoption
Ensure consistency across French and English
3) Knowledge Base & AI-ready content (self-service)
Build a self-service knowledge base (FAQ, how-to, troubleshooting)
Define information architecture (categories, tags, glossary)
Create reusable, AI-ready pages (one topic per page, clear writing, examples)
Turn recurring CS/Support questions into durable content
Ownership & collaboration
Own documentation quality and freshness, and set up review/maintenance cycles
Work closely with Product, Design, Data/AI, Engineering, and CS/Support
Prioritize documentation improvements based on customer feedback and real friction points
